If I'm using a roller tray I put that inside of bin liner then when I finished throw the bin liner away no dirty paint tray

Hi is it okay if the concrete slab is a little bumpy due to ripping old tiles off . Then waterproofing on top . We patched most the holes with cement 😅

Or just ditch the cheesy antifreeze jug, get you a pair of cougar paws and get on that roof with a contractors garbage bag clearing out the debris with your hands & a good pair of gloves. Then spray the lines clean with a hose. That’s what my company I work for does anyways.

How about permanent accordion shutters! Expensive but you can close your entire house down in approx a half hour. Afterward, you can reopen each window or door within a minute.

Check out the "bag butler" trash bag holder. I had an oak tree that was 16 ft circumference at chest height. It made 35 bags of leaves every 2 weeks. The bag butler tripled my bagging speed, and made it much more convenient to add small piles. I also use it to make it easier to drag stuff across grass and gravel, like planters that are 3 feet across and difficult to carry.

I started insulating roof but my batting is againt the roof boards, think i need rigid foam board with construction adhesive to make a space for air movement behind the insulation batting.....any help appriciated.

I know for a fact how important smoke alarms are. A young girl I babysat years ago and her mother died when their trailer caught on fire. Carbon monoxide detectors are also important because another lady I babysat for saved her children and myself when there was a natural gas leak in her house. She stayed out all night. How she knew about the gas I'm not sure. Anyway she woke us all up yelling to get out of the house. While we were sleeping we felt nothing. We smelled nothing. I do remember when we stood we had really bad headaches. The kids and I ran outside and just fell on the ground. That was in the 70s. We didn't know enough back then. I know none of us went to the hospital. Our headaches lasted awhile.
